                                                GENERAL TERMINAL SAFETY RULES

  •  Report to security at guardhouse.      Show ID pass before entering terminal.
  • Lighters,matches,pagers,hand phone and other battery operated equipment to be handed to security before entry.
  •  All contractors are free of influence and use of alcohol and illegal substances.
  • No drinks or meal is allowed inside terminal.
  • Tampering with any terminal equipment is strictly prohibited.
                                                    SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIROMENT DRUGS AND ALCOHOL POLICY

  • It is TBSB SHE policy to protect contractor at the workplace from recognized hazard likely to cause death,injury or illness.
  • No contractor shall at any time be under influence of drug and alcohol.
  • Every contractor is subject to random drug and alcohol test.
                                                                     FIRST AIDS
  • First Aid facilities available at Admin.
  • Get treatment from qualified First Aiders.
  • Do not remove injured person unless nescassary to do so.
                                                                                            FIRE FIGHTING FACILITIES

  • Auto Sprinkler System Link to UV/IR Flame Detectors.
  • Ring Fire Hydrant Every 300 Feet.
  • Fire Alarm Siren.
  • Portable Fire Monitors.
  • CO2 System at Genset/Substation.
  • CMS System Direct Link to Fire Brigade.
  • 4000 m3 Fire water tank - 2 hours water supply.
                                                     EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

  • Stop all work immediately and proceed to assembly point upon hearing long siren alarm.
  • In case emergency,press ESD buttong and alert everyone to evacuate terminal.
  • In case of fire
    • Stop pump and press ESD button.
    • Close all valves.
  • Proceed to the assembly point outside terminal compound.
